To Add, Edit, Delete or Duplicate spots:
Only registered users can make new spots or edit old ones. This is a different registration to any you have created for national websites and databases.
Everyone can see spots.
Use the menu on the top right of the cluster list to add a new spot.
To edit a full entry, single click on the appropriate row (it will turn yellow) and select an option from the menu on the top right of the cluster list.
Note that if you change someone else’s spot the Spotter callsign will change to yours, you now ‘own’ the spot!
To Search:
Enter search criteria in one or more of the fields at the bottom of each column.
To Sort Spots:
For example to sort spots by time or by callsign, click the small triangle next to the column header.
An Alert refers to planned activity

A note on the ‘Time’ field
Please enter the time in UTC. If you are unsure of the exact time you may enter something like ‘Early afternoon’ or ‘Approx 15:00′ or ’15:00 – 16:00’, this field accepts a maximum of 15 characters.
To Search:
Enter search criteria in one or more of the fields at the bottom of each column.
Enter a UKBOTA bunker reference to find its bunker card in the bunker atlas, if no card is found you can create a new one.
