However, as our community grows, it’s becoming harder to keep track of all the questions that come in through different channels. Sometimes, what starts as a quick query can turn into a long chat, and simple fixes or information can get buried or forgotten.

To help with this, we’ve introduced the UKBOTA Support Ticket System.

This isn’t about becoming automated or distant — it’s about making sure everyone gets the right help as quickly as possible.

By submitting a support ticket:

1. Your question goes straight to the right person on the team.

2. We can track issues properly, ensuring nothing is missed or lost.

3. You get a reference number and a private link to follow your request from start to finish.

4. It helps us build a list of common questions so we can keep improving our FAQ section for everyone.

We still love hearing from you, and we’ll continue to answer some questions personally, but please don’t be offended if we ask you to direct your question through the support system — the support form just helps us keep things organised and efficient, especially when multiple admins are helping at once.
