Hunter Log Parse and Upload

You must be logged in to upload hunter logs.

Your current full hunter record

You must be logged in to view your log.

PROCESS AND DISCLAIMER

1. Upload your ADIF file

  • Use “Choose File” and select a correctly formatted ADIF. I you are unsure what a correctly formatted ADIF file looks like, please ask.

  • Your log must include bunker data in <SIG_INFO>.

  • Multiple bunkers must be separated by a space or comma, and each written in full.

    • B/G-1000, B/G-1001

    • B/G-1000 1001

  • Your callsign should be in <STATION_CALL>.

  • Max file size: 500KB. Please don’t try to upload your full unfiltered logbook of months of QSO.

2. Press [PARSE FILE]
The system will display your QSOs in a table, excluding any that do not appear to include UK bunkers. Note: Parsing simply means reading through a file and breaking it down into useful pieces of information. In this case, the parser looks through your ADIF log file and picks out bits like callsign, date, band, mode, and bunker reference — turning the raw data into a readable table or database entry.

3. ⚠️Check carefully⚠️

What you see in the table is exactly what will be saved to your Hunter record. If a field is blank in the parsed table, it will be blank in your log. There is no edit, delete, or duplicate check — fix errors any errors you spot in the parsed table by editing them in your usual logging software and then try again with the UKBOTA parser.

4. Be cautious before uploading
If you upload the wrong or duplicate QSOs, you’ll need to delete them manually (and individually) from your Hunter log.

⚠️ If something looks wrong, stop and ask the Webmaster (M0ICR) before continuing.

5. Upload when satisfied
Press [UPLOAD TO MY HUNTER RECORD ] once you’re sure your data is correct. After upload, confirm your QSOs appear properly in your Hunter record. Admins cannot fix user upload errors, so double-check before proceeding!
