WWBOTA Activation Schedule Graphics Generator – Instructions

How to Create Your Activation Graphics:

1. Select a background colour and national logo (or leave it blue and 2 x WWBOTA logo – the default).
2. Click the “+ Add Activation” button to create a new row in the form.
3. Fill in your activation details:
    – Date: Click to select the activation date
    – Time (UTC): Enter the time in UTC (24-hour format)
    – Callsign: Your callsign (defaults to your profile callsign you may need to add /P etc)
    – Bunker(s): Enter one or more bunker references (e.g., B/G-1000 or B/G-1000,1001,1002)
    – Notes: Optional notes (maximum 25 characters)
4. Add as many activations as you need by clicking “+ Add Activation” again.
5. Rearrange your activations: – Use the ▲ button to move a row up – Use the ▼ button to move a row down
6. Remove unwanted rows by clicking the ❌ button.
7. Both previews update automatically as you type.
8. Download your graphic:
    – Desktop Preview: Wide format (1000px) – perfect for qrz.com websites and blogs 
    – Chat Preview: Tall format (600px) – optimized for social media posts.
    – Tiny Preview: Even further optimised for WhatsApp.
9. Choose your download format: – PNG: Best quality with transparent corners – JPG: Smaller file size
10. Quick copy: Right-click on either preview graphic to copy it directly to your clipboard as a PNG.

Tips:
– Your callsign automatically fills in when you add a new row (remember to add /P etc if needed)
– Multiple bunkers can be entered separated by commas or spaces
– The Desktop version is best for embedding on websites
– The Chat version is perfect for sharing on social media and messaging apps
